Looking for a unique, hands-on experience for your next celebration, team event, or girls’ day out? We’ve got just the thing. At Wildflowers and Barley, we turn creativity into connection—one custom hat at a time.

Whether you're celebrating a birthday, hosting a bachelorette bash, planning an employee appreciation day, or just gathering your favorite people for something fun and memorable, our DIY Hat Parties are a guaranteed hit.

✨ What’s Included

  • A guided DIY hat-burning experience led by our team
  • Your choice of hat style:
    • Baseball Hats – $45
    • Fedoras & Classic Cowboy Hats – $65
    • Wide Brim Cowboy Hats – $75
  • All materials to make your own hat band
  • A custom ticketing page for your guests to select their hat style and reserve their spot
  • The option to host in our Studio or have us travel to you!
  • The option to add on additional accessories like charms, chains, and more!

📍 Location Options

  • In Our Studio (Springfield, IL): Available during normal hours, or for private events with a 3-person minimum outside of business hours.
  • We Travel to You!
    • Within 1 hour of Springfield: 5-person minimum
    • 1.5–2 hours from Springfield: 10-person minimum

💵 Pricing & Booking Info

  • There is no extra charge for private event. You and your guests will just pay the cost for each hat, plus applicable taxes.
    • Baseball Hats – $45
    • Fedoras & Classic Cowboy Hats – $65
    • Wide Brim Cowboy Hats – $75
  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. This will be applied toward your ticket price.
  • After booking, we’ll send you a contract to confirm all the details. 
  • If you would like each guest to purchase their own ticket ahead of time, we’ll create a private ticket page for your group. Your guests will be able to select which hat style they want to burn when purchasing their ticket.
