Refund policy

Event Tickets
Refunds can be given for ticket 1 week in advance of the event. Tickets can also be transferred to another event or used in our Studio. Please contact so we can help find the best solution for you!

Custom Orders
Custom orders are non-refundable. 

Designer Hats
Returns and refunds are only issued in the event of a damaged item, as long as Route Package Protection was purchased at checkout.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you purchased Route Shipping Protection, we can help you open a case with them to obatin your refund. 

PLEASE NOTE that we are note responsible for mishandling of shipments by any mail carrier or delivery service.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
