Shipping policy

Shipping & Local Pickup Policy

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–4 business days. All items are shipped via standard ground shipping unless you select a different shipping method at checkout.

We also offer local pickup at our Studio in Springfield, IL. If you'd like to pick up your order in person, simply select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout. We'll notify you by email when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.

Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package goes missing or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders will be shipped once completed. The timeline for shipment will be discussed with each client prior to acceptance of the project.
