Hey there, y'all!

Our Venue Partners are the heart and soul of our events at Wildflowers and Barley! These small local businesses are our rockstars, our collaborators, and our dear friends in the community. 

When we think of our Venue Partners, we can't help but feel a sense of gratitude and excitement! These wonderful businesses open their doors to us, providing the perfect backdrop for our hat-burning parties, workshops, and special events. From cozy cafes to charming boutiques to rustic barns, each venue brings its own unique charm and character to our gatherings. 

Partnering with these local gems not only enhances the experience for our guests but also strengthens the bond within our community. We believe in the power of coming together, supporting one another, and celebrating the beauty of local businesses. Our Venue Partners are more than just spaces - they are hubs of creativity, connection, and shared experiences. 

We love working hand in hand with our Venue Partners, sharing ideas, collaborating on projects, and creating memorable moments for all who walk through their doors. It's a true partnership built on trust, mutual respect, and a shared love for fostering creativity and community. Together, we make magic happen! 

 

Here is how our events typically work:

We can handle a max of 25 people. We will set the ticket limit to the number of people you can comfortably accommodate at one time. The event typically takes about 3 hours, with an extra 30 min. before and after for set up and tear down.

We bring all the supplies!! All we need from you are tables, chairs, and outlets.

We typically give a $5 credit to your business to each ticket holder (we give you the cash the day of the event, and you just ring up their purchases with a $5 cash credit). Some businesses do not offer products, so we just pay $5 per ticket as payment for the use of the space.

Once we have decided on a date, we will create a ticketing page and an event page on Facebook. Your FB business page will be added as a co-host, and when you accept that invite your event will be pushed out to all of your followers!

The event page will be periodically updated with hat examples and the number of tickets left. We ask that you actively share the event and posts on your page, as this greatly increases the number of ticket sales!

We book events on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday nights, as well as Sunday afternoons. Please note that we are currently booking several months out due to high demand.
