How Events Work

  • Capacity: We can serve up to 25 guests. We’ll set ticket limits based on what your space comfortably allows.

  • Timeline: Events run approximately 3 hours, with an additional 30 minutes before and after for setup + teardown.

  • What We Bring: All supplies, burners, accessories, hats, tools—everything!

  • What You Provide: Tables, chairs, and a few accessible outlets.


Promotion + Ticketing

  • Once your date is secured, we handle the ticketing page and create a Facebook event.

  • Your business will be added as a co-host—once you accept, the event will automatically publish to your followers.

  • We’ll update the event page regularly with hat examples, behind-the-scenes peeks, and ticket countdowns.

  • We simply ask that you actively share updates—your audience engagement significantly boosts attendance and sells out events faster!


Scheduling

We currently host events on:

  • Wednesday evenings

  • Friday evenings

  • Saturday evenings

  • Sunday afternoons
