Pricing:

Customs range from $65-$300. It all depends on how much you want done to the hat!

*These prices are for all hat styles except the baseball hats. Since baseball hats are smaller, we have different pricing for those. Please reach out to us for a quote if you would like a custom baseball hat!

Tier One: $65

This includes a basic burn (name, initials, date, monogram, etc) and basic trims for a hat band.

You can also choose this stucture, then add on embellishments like chains, charms, etc., for an additional cost!

Tier Two: $120

A basic burn with additional burned designs (florals, patterns, etc.) that cover 1/3 of the brim or less. Also includes basic trims to make a hat band.

Tier Three: $200

This includes a burned design that takes up half of the brim and basic trims for a hat band.

You can also choose this structure, then add on embellishments like chains, charms, etc., for an additional cost!

Tier Four: $250

Go all out with a full-brim burn! This includes basic trims to make a hat band.

You can also choose this structure, then add on embellishments like chains, charms, etc., for an additional cost!

Tier Five: $300

This tier is for complicated designs and burns that are full brim on both top and bottom. This includes basic trims for a hat band as well as some embellishments.

🤠 Hat Fit & Measuring Guide

A great hat is one that feels like it was made for you — because here, it just might be. Before you order your custom piece, take two minutes to measure your head so we can get the fit exactly right from the very first wear.

Note: All of our fedoras and cowboy hats have a max circumference of 23" and can be made smaller but not bigger. 

We can special order larger hats if needed. 

Step 1 — Measure Your Head

Grab a soft fabric tape measure (a tailor's tape or even a strip of ribbon you can hold up to a ruler works great). Wrap it around the fullest part of your head — typically about one inch above your eyebrows and ears, right where a hat would naturally sit. Keep the tape level, snug but not tight, and jot down the measurement in inches or centimeters.

No tape measure handy? Use a piece of string, mark where it meets, then measure the string against a ruler.

Step 2 — How a Properly Fitted Hat Should Feel

A well-fitted hat sits level on your head — resting just above your eyebrows and ears, with even contact all the way around. It should feel snug but never constricting. You should be able to shake your head gently without it shifting, but there should be no pressure points or headache-inducing tightness. If you're between sizes, size up — you can always fine-tune the fit with an adjustable band or foam sizing strip.

Fedoras specifically: A proper fedora sits roughly one finger-width above the bridge of your nose. The brim should be level, not tilted forward or back. Think old-Hollywood level, not baseball-cap angle.

Step 3 — Using the Adjustable Drawstring

All of our hat styles include an interior drawstring for the perfect fit! To tighten, gently pull the interior cord until the hat sits flush against your head with no gaps. To loosen, ease the cord slightly until you reach that perfect snug-but-comfortable zone. The drawstring is designed to give you up to a full-size of adjustability, which is especially useful if your measurement falls between standard sizes — or if your hat will be worn morning to evening (hello, summer events) when slight swelling is normal.

We recommend our kid's sized hats for toddlers and younger. 

When to Request a Fully Custom Hat

Our custom hat service goes beyond burns and bands — if your head measurement falls outside our standard size range, if you need specific crown height or brim width adjustments, or if you simply want something built from scratch to your exact specifications, that's what we're here for. Reach out before placing your order and we'll talk through everything: sizing, style, materials, timeline, and pricing.

Custom sizing typically applies when your head measures 24⅜" (62 cm) or larger, or when you need an especially shallow or deep crown for comfort or style reasons.
